Crown land ban in effect near Osoyoos due to wildfire

OSOYOOS, B.C. — The public is restricted from accessing Crown Land in the vicinity of the Diamond Creek wildfire as of Thursday August 31st.
The fire is currently burning approximately 70 kilometres west of Osoyoos near Border Lake.
The order will remain in place until noon on Sept. 30, 2017, or until the order is rescinded.
