Trying out Canada’s most famous cuisine in downtown Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Saturday marks Canada’s 150th birthday, and over the last century and a half, the country has adopted cuisines of many other cultures but has also held on to some of its own. Two days before Canada’s birthday, what better way to celebrate this great nation than to try out what true Canadian cuisine has to offer.

CFJC Today sent out Chad Klassen to taste test what is maybe the country’s most famous dish, poutine, at Frenchies Poutinerie on Victoria Street.
