Dylan Armstrong coaching the next generation of throws athletes

KAMLOOPS — Many athletes, once they retire, stay in the game through coaching —- passing on what they have learned to the next generation.

Dylan Armstrong is one of Kamloops most celebrated international and olympic athletes.

Armstrong is now giving back at the Kamloops Track and Field Club, where it all began for him more than 25 years ago.
