Missing Kamloops teen found safe

UPDATE: Kamloops RCMP say Ashleigh Hilary has been found safe.

According to Corporal Cheryl Bush, 16-year-old Hillary is now back home.

RCMP are thanking the public for their help in the investigation.

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking the public to help find a missing teenager.

16 year old Ashleigh Hillary was reported missing on Monday (June 26) from the North Shore, but RCMP say she could be anywhere in Kamloops.

They also say the girl, who goes by Ash-Lee Tress, could be trying to go to Golden, which is where she’s originally from.

Ashleigh is described as:

  • Caucasian Female
  • 16 years old
  • 5’2”
  • 120 pounds
  • Long brown hair
  • Likely wearing skinny jeans
