CRTC approves sale of NL Broadcasting stations

KAMLOOPS — Canada’s broadcast regulator has approved the corporate purchase of three independent Kamloops radio stations.

Newfoundland Capital Corporation, or Newcap, announced its agreement to purchase NL Broadcasting’s three stations on May 10.

This morning, the CRTC announced it has approved the purchase.

Newcap is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
