Former Blazers coaching legend Ken Hitchcock returns to Dallas Stars

KAMLOOPS — Fifteen years later Ken Hitchcock was re-introduced today as head coach of the Dallas Stars.

He had previously coached the Stars from 1995 to 2002.

Hitchcock had said last summer that he planned to retire after this season.

But when he was fired by the St. Louis Blues in early February he started getting calls from other coaches asking for help.
