Blazers 1-0-1 on Alberta trip

KAMLOOPS — The Calgary Hitmen scored the only goal in the shootout to defeat the Kamloops Blazers 3-2 in Calgary on Sunday.

Collin Shirley forced overtime with a power play goal with a minute and 33 seconds left in the third.

Deven Sideroff, with his 17th of the season, also scored for the Blazers.

Dylan Ferguson was named the games second star stopping 33 shots in the Blazers net.
