SPCA unveils design of new shelter

KAMLOOPS — The SPCA has unveiled plans for its new Community Animals Centre in Kamloops.
The 97-hundred square-foot facility, which will be located on Tranquille Road near the airport is a joint partnership between the province and the BC SPCA.
It will include a Spay and Neuter Clinic to combat the overwhelming pet population problem in the region.
