Bull calf hoofs it from Agribition, causes rush-hour chase in Regina
REGINA — The Canadian Western Agribition has set up in Regina for the week, but the show went on the road Tuesday morning during rush hour.
A one-year-old bull calf was being walked for its morning exercise when something spooked it.
The young bull hoofed it across two major roads and eventually settled down in a grassy field — just a few blocks away from an ice- cream outlet called The Moo Shoppe.
Agribition staff and police officers were on hand as handlers tried to get the animal into a trailer, but the calf made a break for it again.
