KAMLOOPS — City Council is expected to approve a five per cent rate increase for all recreation facilities at Tuesday’s regular council meeting.

The increase would go into effect Jan. 1, 2017, and would be the first recreation fee change since 2014.

The City is also planning to phase out the Annual Corporate Pass at the TCC, but discounts will still be offered to those who buy an annual membership.

Recreation fees will see additional five per cent increase in the years 2019 and 2021.
