Blazers win 5-1 in Medicine Hat

MEDICINE HAT — The Kamloops Blazers downed the Tigers 5-1 in Medicine Hat Saturday night. 

The Tigers opened the scoring in the first period, but the Blazers responded with three goals in the second, and two more in the third. 

Connor Ingram made 39 saves to be named the first star of the game for the second consecutive night. 

The Blazers return home Wednesday to face the Spokane Chiefs.
