Sideroff plays in first NHL pre-season game

KAMLOOPS — A year ago Deven Sideroff was sent home early from the Anaheim Ducks training camp with mono.

This time the Ducks are getting a longer look at their 3rd pick in the 2015 draft off the Kamloops Blazers.

Sideroff played in his first NHL pre-season game last night —- he did’nt figure in the Ducks goal in a 2-1 loss to Arizona, but saw just under 16 minutes of playing time and was second on the Ducks in shots on goal with four.
