KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Broncos kept their slim playoff hopes alive on the weekend with a 30-23 win over the Valley Huskers.

That was the Broncos first win of the season.

At 1-and-6 and with three games left they’re four points behind Vancouver Island for the final playoff berth.

With the loss the Valley Huskers drop to 0-and-7.

The Broncos and Huskers will meet again next weekend at Hillside Stadium.
