Kamloops RCMP locate missing 25-year-old

UPDATED: Kara-Lee has been located


KAMLOOPS — Police are asking for public assistance in locating a missing 25-year-old female. 

Kara-Lee Healy is from Calgary but was last seen in Kamloops on August 17, and normally speaks with her family frequently.

Cpl. Jodi Shelkie said in a press release "It is unknown if she has returned to Calgary, is still in Kamloops or points in between."

Kara-Lee is described as:

  • Race: First Nations
  • Height: 5'6"
  • Weight: 130lbs
  • Hair: Dark shoulden length, cut short on one side
  • Scar on her left cheek
