Kami Cabs welcoming donations for family of recovering cab driver

KAMLOOPS — As Cal Huntington, the cab driver stabbed in Kamloops early Wednesday morning, recovers at Royal Inland Hospital, his company Kami Cabs is welcoming donations for his family.

Huntington remains in serious condition after the stabbing that happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning at 8th Street and Pleasant.

People wanting to help out the family are being encouraged to drop off monetary donations to Kami Cab’s headquarters on the North Shore at 209 Leigh Road.
