Flagger killed in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — Police are investigating a deadly crash this morning that has claimed the life of a Traffic Control Person on West Austin Road in Prince George.

Police say the individual was struck and killed by a commercial vehicle.

The incident occurred around 6:30am Tuesday August 16, just west of where construction has closed the Austin Road intersection with Highway 97.
