13U Riverdogs win second provincial baseball title

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Minor Baseball 13-U Riverdogs have another provincial title.

Following their win at the Baseball B.C. Championship in Kamloops on B.C. Day weekend, the Riverdogs won the B.C. Minor Baseball championship this past weekend.

Tyrelle Chadwick threw a complete game no hit shutout in a 6-0 win over top ranked Aldergrove in the final.

The Riverdogs season isn’t over yet.

As the Baseball B.C. champions they’ll be in London, Ontario August 25-28 for the Baseball Canada pee wee triple “AAA” championships.
