KAMLOOPS — Shane Doan is entering his 21st season in the National Hockey League.

On Tuesday, the 39-year-old inked a one-year deal worth $2.5 million with the Arizona Coyotoes, the team with which he’s spent his entire career.

The former Kamloops Blazer is the Jets-Coyotes all-time leader in scoring with 396 goals and 945 points. Doan is in Kamloops until early August getting ready for the upcoming season.
