Fire crews action small brush fire

KAMLOOPS —Kamloops Fire Rescue crews attended a small brush fire along Highway 1 in Dallas / Barnhartvale Thursday evening (June 2).
Initial reports suggested it was an interface fire, but no homes or businesses were located near the fire.
A B.C. Hydro crew was on scene monitoring their line that crosses the South Thompson river.
No cause has been determined at this point.
