KAMLOOPS — RCMP are on the lookout for a man who stole a large quantity of cigarettes from the Westsyde Save-On Foods store.

Yesterday at about 3 o’clock, the man took eight cartons of Canadian Classic cigarettes from the store.

Corporal Jodi Shelkie says that amounts to about 800 dollars of merchandise.

“$800 is a significant amount for any store to lose. It’s more than just theft from the shelf, it is a significant amount of money,” stated Cpl. Shelkie.
