Kamloops woman faces impaired charges after smashup

KAMLOOPS — Lots of damage, but no injuries after a three-vehicle accident late last night downtown.
Police were called to a parking lot at 271 West Victoria Street just before midnight.
They found that a pickup had smashed into a parked car, forcing it into another parked vehicle in the lot.
Police found a 58-year old Kamloops woman inside the pickup, heavily intoxicated, in fact still drinking from a beer can in the vehicle.
