Two men charged in 2014 Clinton homicide

CLINTON, B.C. — Two men have been arrested in connection to a 2014 homicide in Clinton. 

Kodi Robert Tower, 27, Wyatt Lee Boffa, 26, were arrested on Friday, May 13 and later charged with one count of  manslaughter each in the death of 61-year-old James Painter. 

Painter was found unresponsive on September 11, 2014. Efforts to resuscitate him failed. 

Tower was arrested without incident in Kelowna, while Wyatt was arrested without incident in Grindrod.
