Broncos spring camp this weekend

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Broncos will hold their spring camp this weekend at Hillside Stadium.

General Manager Jan Antons says they expect 100 to 110 players to attend — which would make it their largest ever spring camp.

There are some key positions to fill this season.

Star receiver Derek Yachison has played out his junior eligibility, and none of last years quarterbacks will return.

The Broncos will open their season July 23 at Vancouver Island and play their first home game July 30 against the Okanagan Sun.
