There's only one week left to enjoy the slopes at Sun Peaks Resort.

Sun Peak's winter season wraps up on Sunday, April 10, which is a week later than last year.

Director of sales and marketing, Aidan Kelly, said it was a fantastic year with consistent snowfall and a low Canadian dollar working to their advantage.

"We're looking forward to ... compiling the accomodation and visitation numbers and all the skiers that came up," Kelly said. "I think we have a real decent chance of a record year this year at Sun Peaks, which is good news for everybody."

Kelly added the snow pack at Sun Peaks is the deepest it has been this time of year since the 1990s.
