No gun recovered after robbery at 7 Eleven

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP have arrested a male following an attempted robbery at the 7-Eleven in downtown Kamloops.
Sergeant Karen Delorey says is happened shortly before 8 am Saturday, when a man entered the store and attempted to take a number of items.
When the store clerk confronted the male, he indicated he had a gun in his pocket before taking off from the scene with the stolen goods.
RCMP were on scene within minutes and identified and apprehended the suspect.
