Heat win in double overtime over 100 Mile

CHASE — Travis Beaubien is “Mr. Overtime” for the Chase Heat.

Beaubien scored in the second overtime to give the Heat a 3-2 win over the 100 Mile House Wranglers, to avoid falling into a 3-0 death trap in their second round playoff series.

Last week it Beaubien who scored the winner in the second overtime that sank the Kamloops Storm in the first round.

Trailing 2-1 in the series the Heat will host game four against 100 Mile tonight.
