Heat torch Storm to tie the series

KAMLOOPS — The Chase Heat tied the series and took home ice advantage with a 6-1 win over the Kamloops Storm in the second game of their Birks Division semi final.

After the Storm opened the scoring on a goal by Sol Seibel, it was all Heat, with six unanswered goals.

Trevor Okino’s first of two goals midway through the second period broke a 1-1 tie and stood up as the game winner.
