Yellowhead highway crash victim dies in hospital

KAMLOOPS — The BC Coroners Service has confirmed a crash that took place on the Yellowhead Highway on December 29th has now turned fatal.
61-year-old Wesley Earl Peters died in Royal Inland Hospital last Thursday.
Peters was one of the people involved in a six-vehicle pileup on the Yellowhead Highway near Oka Trail.
Spokesperson Barb McLintock says the coroners service and RCMP are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
