Kamloops’ Thompson stages huge rally to advance to B.C. women’s curling final

KAMLOOPS — Karla Thompson has advanced to the final of the B.C. women’s curling championship.

 The Kamloops rink scored two in the 10th end to defeat Kelowna’s Kelly Scott 11-10 in the one versus two page playoff.

Thompson rallied for the win after trailing 7-0 after three ends.

 Scott will have another chance in Sunday mornings semi final.    Diane Gushulak and Sarah Wark meet tonight in the three versus four game, with the winner facing Scott in the semi final.
