Armed robbery in Salmon Arm

SALMON ARM, B.C. — RCMP in Salmon Arm are investigating a robbery on Saturday night, similar to one one in Kamloops.

Two masked men entered a Mac's convenience store, one of them pulled a gun and they made off with cash and cigarettes.

A police dog tracked the men to a location where investigators believe they got into a vehicle.

The suspects were described as being:

  • 5'10"to 6' tall
  • Both were wearing hoodies and facial coverings
  • one suspect wearing a green hoody with a design on the front and a blue face mask
  • other suspect wearing a black hoody with a design on the front with a black face mask
