CHASE, B.C. — Two suspects involved in a serious break and enter in Scotch Creek last week remain on the lam today.

There is significant damage to the Scotch Creek Peoples Drug Mart after a Dodge pickup truck, stolen from Kamloops, was used to ram into the building.

Video surveillance shows the truck backing into the building two times before gaining entry to the pharmacy.

Two suspects, who were seen wearing gloves and dark clothing, then unsuccessfully attempted to remove the ATM machine from inside the building.

After leaving the site the two men were involved in a vehicle rollover on Squilax-Anglemont Road west of Scotch Creek.

RCMP say the investigation is ongoing and are asking anyone who may have seen these males walking along Highway 1 to contact the Chase RCMP at 250-679-3221 or Crimestoppers.
