KAMLOOPS — A cold weather shelter in downtown Kamloops is mystified as to why they’re seeing almost double the number of visitors than Winters past.

Out of the Cold which is run out of St.Paul’s Anglican Cathedral at 360 Nicola Street has 28 beds for overnight guests. On Sunday they had 58 visitors, 34 of which spent the night.

That’s a substantial increase from the usual dozen or so who spend the night.
