It’s the second of the four times they’ll meet this season.

Tri-Cities won 4-3 at the Sandman Centre October 7th in the midst of the Blazers season opening six game losing streak.

Since then the Blazers have been the better of the two teams.

They’re in the first of the two wildcards in the Western Conference, by a point over Portland.

Tri-Cities is five points out of the wildcard picture.

The Blazers have struggled for wins since coming back after Christmas, going 1-and-5, with two of the losses in overtime and a shootout.

Given their record in overtime this season, they’ll be doing everything they can to avoid it.
