Armed robbery in Clinton

CLINTON, B.C. — RCMP are investigating an armed robbery in that small community.

Police say at about 7 o'clock last night (January 6), a man walked into a local grocery store, pulled a weapon and made off with a quantity of cash.

Witnesses describe the suspect as six feet tall and heavy set.

He was wearing a black jacket and had a covering over his face.
