Kamloops Man in Paris, Steps from Attacks

Kamloops man and co owner of Lee’s Music and Riversong Guitars Mike Miltimore was only steps from where the shootout occurred.
 

Miltimore says he was in downtown Paris having dinner with a guitar designer when the shots rang out.

“We were next door to where all the gun shots happened – well, it felt like next door,” Miltimore said. “I heard all the gun shots go off, people running, and then the police came in and shut down the street.”

Miltimore says the restaurant was evacuated and he was sent back to his hotel only blocks away.
