Van Damsel competing for Peak Performance Project

Local Kamloops band Van Damsel is set to rock the stage tomorrow night in Vancouver. They’re part of the final 12 B.C. bands competing for Peak Performance Project.

Van Damsel is still in the running for the $100,000 grand prize, and tomorrow night they’re performing at the Fortune Sound Club in East Vancouver. 

Online voting starts on Friday to determine the final three bands that will then square off for the top prize. Van Damsel says winning the $100,000 would help take them to the next level, especially with a new album coming out next year.
