Scare Tactics Reboot

Jordan Peele will produce a revival of the hidden camera prank show Scare Tactics at USA Network. The comedy-horror series, scheduled to premiere this fall, will transform unsuspecting individuals into the protagonists of their own horror movies, delivering a mix of reality, horror, and comedy. “It’s cathartic and hilarious to watch people get a little scared, and the scenarios we cooked up for this season are really wild,” said Peele’s producing partner Win Rosenfeld. “We can’t wait to share a little light-hearted schadenfreude with audiences soon.” The original Scare Tactics aired on Syfy and featured hosts such as Shannen Doherty and Tracy Morgan. Scott Hallock, the creator of the original Scare Tactics, will also be involved in the production.
