Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are spending her 40th birthday in Cabo.

According to TMZ on Monday (December 6th), Britney and Sam were spotted in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico at a resort.

Britney was wearing a red bikini while being partially covered with a towel.

Britney celebrated her birthday on December 2nd.
