Think about implementing the family huddle.

It’s a 15 minute stand up gathering around the kitchen counter or somewhere non-threatening while to take a bit of time to share a conversation that matters

During the huddle, you might take out the family calendar, talk about what you want the week to look like, anticipate any obstacles, discuss wins and challenges from last week, and generally plan for success.

By taking this time, when no one is upset and motors aren’t charged you have a great chance of creating a plan for a successful and productive week that has more of what you want and less of what you don’t.

The family huddle, it’s just one more way to live Your Life, Unlimited!

This week on Your Life, Unlimited radio, I am joined by the author of Falling Together, Donna Cardillo and the co-author of Why Leaders Fail, Dr. Mary Kelly.
