Billie Eilish Turns 21

Billie Eilish turned 21this week (Dec. 18) and some of music’s biggest stars showed up to celebrate with her. She posted several photos on Instagram with her boyfriend, Jesse Rutherford. And one was of the couple, squeezed tightly  in a photo booth along with Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey.

Dressed for the holiday, she wore a red and white, off-the-shoulder Santa-inspired short dress. Trimmed in white fur just like St. Nick, she also sported long gloves and candy cane earrings.
