TYLER, THE CREATOR’S NEW $275,000 IGOR CHAIN: Tyler, The Creator added a new piece of jewelry to his collection to commemorate his Grammy-nominated IGOR album. Celebrity jeweler Ben Baller posted photos of the luxurious piece along with the video clip of him gifting the chain to Tyler on Tuesday. The pendant is a figurehead of Tyler’s IGOR alter-ego, which includes the blonde wig, black sunglasses, and all. Baller says the beautiful work of art is made up of 18K gold and includes colorful cognac, chocolate, blue, black and white diamonds to match Tyler’s exact complexion. “Thank you Tyler for always trusting me. Even though I hate your guts in person, but I also LOVE YOU! I have seen you grow into something insane. Congrats on all your success. You deserve it 100 percent,” he wrote.
USHER, SHERYL CROW TO PERFORM ON ‘NEW YEAR’S ROCKIN’ EVE’: Usher and Sheryl Crow are set to perform during the New Orleans section of ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest. The singers will be performing live from the All State Fan Fest Stage. Billy Porter will be hosting the New Orleans parts of the telecast with Ciara hosting the West Coast celebration. Seacrest will be hosting alongside Lucy Hale for the New Year’s Eve countdown from New York City’s Times Square. Dua Lipa, Green Day, Paula Abdul, Salt-N-Pepa, Megan Thee Stallion, Dan + Shay, Kelsea Ballerini, Blanco Brown, Anthony Ramos, SHAED, and Ava Max will be performing as part of the West Coast bash along with Ciara who will be taking the stage for her new song “Melanin.” Performers for New York City will be announced at a later date. Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest will be aired live starting on December 31st at 8 p.m. [ET].
LIAM PAYNE TAKES PART IN WORLD’S FIRST DIGITAL SIGNING EVENT: Liam Payne teamed up with new app QJAM to offer fans a unique signing experience. Payne gave music lovers the opportunity to talk “one-to-one” with him in a live video chat yesterday via the new app, before receiving a personally signed digital artwork of his debut solo album, LP1, which was released last week. The former One Direction star tweeted on Monday (09.12.19): “I’ll be doing a global digital signing tomorrow for my album #LP1! Follow the link below and come say hello! http://liam-payne.lnk.to/DigitalSigning.” The event coincided with the release of QJAM, a new music platform aimed at connecting artists and fans.
