IS BETHENNY FRANKEL MARRIED TO JASON HOPPY? Outgoing Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is still married to Jason Hoppy, Page Six reports. The pair have a notoriously acrimonious relationship, with both parties accusing the other of abuse in their battle over the custody of their daughter. “Jason and Bethenny are still technically married,” Hoppy’s matrimonial attorney Robert Wallack told The Post. “While Jason has been pushing for years to have the judge sign the divorce judgment, Bethenny’s lawyers have objected.”

INSIDE SOFIA RICHIE’S VEGAS BIRTHDAY: Sofia Richie rang in her 21^{s t}birthday in Las Vegas with a squad including boyfriend Scott Disick, Kylie Jennerand girlfriends at the Encore Beach Club. HILARY DUFF IS REBOOTING LIZZIE MCGUIRE: Hilary Duff is beyond excited to revisit her star-turning role as Lizzie McGuire in a reboot of the show on Disney+. “It feels very surreal, to be honest. CHRIS SOULES ACCEPTS PROBATION: Bachelor alum Chris Soules has accepted probation for his involvement in a 2017 car crash that resulted in the death of a 66-year-old man. He ultimately pleaded guilty for “leaving the scene of a serious injury accident” in May this year. According to reports, he will serve two years probation.

PAUL HAGGIS ACCUSERS WALKED OUT DURING DEPOSITIONS: Two accusers of Oscar-winning director Paul Haggis walked out while being deposed by his lawyers, according to court papers, Page Six reports. “During their prior depositions, both Jane Doe #2 and Jane Doe #3 walked out before the Defendant had the opportunity to complete his examination,” Haggis’ lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, wrote in new Manhattan Supreme Court papers adding she “vehemently objected” to the alleged walk-outs.
