Former Barriere fire chief expected to plead guilty to child porn charges

KAMLOOPS — A man charged with importing or distributing child pornography and possession of child pornography is expected to plead guilty.

Al Kirkwood is the former fire chief of Barriere, and he was also publisher of the North Thompson Star Journal and the Clearwater Times.
