City looks to improve aesthetic appeal along Victoria Street West

KAMLOOPS —Esthetic upgrades could be coming to West Victoria Street.

Earlier this week, the city submitted a request to council to apply for a six-million dollar grant that would go towards expanding sidewalk access along West Victoria Street as well as other improvements.

CHILLIWACK, B.C. — British Columbia’s provincial court says three dairy farm workers from the Fraser Valley have been sentenced to jail for causing distress to an animal after an undercover video showed several employees abusing milk cows.
