On the 5th day of a B.C. Supreme Court jury trial in the death of a Kamloops woman, a witness testified the accused David Gordon was involved in a domestic dispute prior to allegedly starting a house fire.
A B.C. Supreme Court jury watched a recorded interview of a man charged with manslaughter and arson after he was arrested on April 25, 2013. David Gordon was charged after allegedly starting a fire at 927 St Paul Street in Kamloops which claimed the life of Cheryl William.
A trial for a Kamloops man charged in the death of his roommate got underway this week. David Gordon is alleged to have started a fire that eventually tore through a house on St Paul Street and claimed the life of Cheryl William.
