‘N SYNC TO REUNITE FOR HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME STAR CEREMONY: ‘N SYNC will be honored April 30th with their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – and they’re going to reunite for the ceremony. ‘N SYNC’s star will be number 2,636 on the legendary Walk, and it’ll be located at 7080 Hollywood Boulevard near the corner of LaBrea. That location also includes the stars for the Backstreet Boys, Boyz II Men, New Kids on the Block and New Edition. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the U.S. release of ‘N SYNC’s debut single, I Want You Back. The star ceremony will take place 11:30 a.m. PDT and will be streamed live on WalkOfFame.com. There will be a celebrity guest speaker, but that person has not yet been revealed.

CHRISTINA GRIMMIE’S FAMILY SUING HER TOUR PROMOTER AND VENUE WHERE SHE WAS KILLED: Christina Grimmie’s family wants the concert venue and promoter held responsible for the music star’s death, but defense attorneys want their lawsuit to be dismissed. Grimmie was shot and killed by an obsessed fan at The Plaza Live in Orlando on June 10, 2016. Yesterday morning, both sides argued their cases in the Orange County Courthouse. Attorneys for AEG Live, the concert promoter, said the company did not have a contract with the performer, and therefore no duty to ensure her safety. The Plaza Live is owned by Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, and attorneys for their organization argued there was no way to foresee the shooting. The Grimmies’ lawsuit states there were no metal detectors or pat-downs, and that allowed an armed man to enter the venue. Christina, who came in third on season six of The Voice, was 22-years-old when she was killed.

SHAWN MENDES TEASES NEW SONG ‘IN MY BLOOD’: Shawn Mendes is set to release a new single. Mendes had shared a series of mysterious social media posts that turned out to precursor to his big announcement, revealing that “In My Blood” will debut on this Thursday. The new teaser arrived with a floral image that is now the profile picture across Mendes’ social accounts, pointing towards it possibly being cover art of some kind.
