It’s a Girl for Kim and Kanye

Cue the worldwide freakout, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have welcomed their third child!

The baby girl was welcomed on Monday via a surrogate, Kardashian West shared on her website Tuesday.

• The baby girl was born Monday, January 15^th, at 12:47 a.m., and weighs 7 lbs., 6 oz. She did not share the child’s name.
• “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl,” Kardashian West wrote in a post titled “She’s Here!”
• “We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care.”
• Baby makes five. North, 4, and Saint, 2, are delighted, she wrote. “North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”
• Kardashian West, 37, and West, 40, married in Florence, Italy in May of 2014. In September, she confirmed widespread rumors that she and West were expecting a child via surrogate, as health issues prevented her from carrying another child herself.
• A source tells People that despite not being able to carry the child herself, Kardashian West was able to be there for the delivery.
