TIMOTHEE CHALET TO DONATE SALARY FROM WOODY ALLEN FILM: After avoiding questions about working with accused child molester Woody Allen on A Rainy Day in New York, Timothee Chalamet took to Instagram to explain his stance. He said that while his “contractual obligations” prevented him from discussing the matter, ” I don’t want to profit from my work on the film, and to that end, I am going to donate my entire salary to three charities: TIME’S UP, The LGBT Center in New York and RAINN.” He added, “I want to be worthy of standing shoulder to shoulder with the brave artists who are fighting for all people to be treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.” Several other actors in Allen films, including Mira Sorvino and Ellen Page, have apologized for working with him. His daughter, Dylan Farrow, accused him of sexually abusing her when she was a child. (Vulture)
REPORT: POLICE INVESTIGATE SEAL FOR SEX ASSAULT: Seal is being investigated for sexual battery a week after he spoke out in support of the #MeToo movement, TMZ reports. Actress Tracey Birdsall tells TMZ that she was in her neighbor Seal’s kitchen when he forcefully kissed her in 2016, adding that he later groped her. Seal denies the allegations. (TMZ)
2 MORE WOMEN ACCUSE JOEL KRAMER OF MISCONDUCT: Eliza Dushku recently accused stunt coordinator Joel Kramer of molesting her when she was 12. Now, two other women have come forward. Laura Albert, a stuntwoman who worked with him on Virus, says that her 15-year-old sister’s friend had an encounter with him after he invited them to a pool. “My sister ended up leaving and she left her friend there with Joel,” Kramer told Deadline. “Joel had sex with the 16-year-old girl. She was 16. He was 39.” Another unnamed stuntwoman also said he forced her to perform oral sex on him. He denies allegations of misconduct. (Deadline)
