HALSEY, TROYE SIVAN, SET FOR ‘SNL’ PERFORMANCES: Saturday Night Live has rolled out a power-packed musical guest lineup for the month of January 2018. The first new shows of the year kicked off this Saturday with host Sam Rockwell and musical guest Halsey, who performed “Bad at Love” and “Him & I.” January 20th sees Jessica Chastain serving as host, with Troye Sivan slated to handle musical duties. The month of new shows wraps up on January 27th when Chris Stapleton steps up as musical guest, with show alum Will Ferrell hosting.

LESLIE ODOM JR. TO SING ‘AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL’ AT SUPER BOWL: Hamilton icon Leslie Odom Jr. has been chosen to sing “America the Beautiful” during next month’s Super Bowl LII pre-game festivities. The Tony and Grammy winner’s performance will be televised live on NBC prior to kickoff. The year’s biggest football game is to take place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on February 4th. The National Football League previously announced that P!nk will sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” and Justin Timberlake will headline the Pepsi Super Bowl LII Halftime Show.

DEMI LOVATO REVEALS NAME OF HER UPCOMING TOUR WITH DJ KHALED & KEHLANI: Demi Lovato makes an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show today. While on the show, the 25-year-old will reveal the name of her upcoming tour with DJ Khaled and Kehlani. “It’s actually called the Tell Me You Love Me Tour,” Demi says. “I just got so excited to say it out loud because this is the first time I’m saying it out loud.” Demi also talks about learning to love her body, the director’s cut of her YouTube documentary Simply Complicated, and played a game of “Who’d You Rather.”

CAMILA CABELLO PERFORMS ‘NEVER BE THE SAME’ ON ‘GMA’: Camila Cabello performed on Good Morning America on Friday morning in New York City. The singer performed her new single “Never Be The Same” off her debut self-titled album before participating in a coat drive. Later on, Camila headed to social media to share a sweet note for her fans who’ve supported her. “As I’m typing this, I’m terrified, I’m nervous, I can’t organize my thoughts, and I can’t steady my heartbeat,” she started. “Because my first album has come out and it’s in your hands.” Camila continues, “First and foremost, I want to thank you for sticking by me…you guys love me in the most innocent and pure and genuine way you can love a person, and I feel so lucky I get to have people in my life that care about me so much. Thank you for always being such an amazing support system in my life and for being so patient with me as i’ve been making this album.

CHARLIE PUTH PREMIERES “HOW LONG” (JERRY FOLK REMIX): Charlie Puth has revealed the Jerry Folk remix of smash single “How Long.” The track recently entered the Top 10 on both Hot AC and Top 40 radio formats, and was named by Vanity Fair as one of “The 17 Best Pop Songs of 2017.” Puth performed the song last month on the season finale of The Voice and last week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “How Long” marks the second single released from Puth’s highly-anticipated follow-up to 2016’s RIAA-certified platinum debut album, Nine Track Mind. Voicenotes, arriving May 11th, features Puth’s fifth RIAA-certified platinum selling smash “Attention” and the newly released track “If You Leave Me Now” featuring Boyz II Men.
