LIAM PAYNE SHARES ACOUSTIC ‘BEDROOM FLOOR’ STUDIO PERFORMANCE: Liam Payne has shared a new stripped-down acoustic version of his new solo single, “Bedroom Floor, the third post-One Direction song from Payne, following the release of “Strip That Down,” which features Migos’ Quavo, and “Get Low,” a collaboration with Zedd. Liam’s solo debut album has yet to receive a title or a release date.

SUSPECT SURRENDERS IN SHOOTING OF LACHEY’S BAR EMPLOYEE: A suspect surrendered to police Thursday night in the shooting that severely injured an employee of Nick and Drew Lachey’s Cincinnati bar, police said. Cincinnati police confirmed that 36-year-old Lavoris Hightower was in custody for the shooting of 27-year-old Ellie Richardson that occurred on Thanksgiving morning after she left her shift at Lachey’s Bar. Friday, Hightower was arraigned on charges including attempted murder and felonious assault. His bond was set at $1 million. If convicted of all charges, he faces more than 25 years in person. His attorney told police Hightower “didn’t do it.” Richardson, who was shot in the face, was released from the hospital Thursday. 98 Degrees is hosting a December 15th benefit concert for Richardson at the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati.

ELLIE GOULDING SHARES HOLIDAY CHEER WITH ‘O HOLY NIGHT’: Ellie Goulding is spreading the holiday spirit with her cover version of the traditional Christmas classic, “O Holy Night” added on Spotify. The single’s cover art features Goulding in the studio wearing a Santa Claus costume. In other good tidings this month for the singer, Goulding was just named a UN Environment Global Goodwill Ambassador.
